Christmas 2021 Last Shipping Dates
Christmas can be a super stressful time for us all, especially as a customer as we always worry and wonder if we will receive our orders in time. Sadly, we cannot guarantee your orders will get to you for when you need them, as much as we would like to have that power, but this year we are making our last shipping dates crystal clear, for both domestic and international customers.
Royal Mail have specific last shipping dates, which you can see in full via their website here. We only send our international orders via International Tracked as this is the safest way for us to have full compensation on your orders and our goods.
Please also note that order processing times may vary due to the period being busy both in a business and personal sense, so please be patient with us whilst we process your orders. We try to take no longer than 10 working days to process orders, however, please still ensure your orders are placed with enough time for us to process it before our last shipping dates.
The Natalie Abbott Design store will stay open after the last shipping date of December 11th. Any orders placed between December 12th and January 9th will not be posted out until the week beginning January 10th. We are not responsible for orders not reaching you between this time period as it is clearly stated here on our website that no orders will leave us from December 12th to January 9th.
Please also note that these dates do not apply to any digital products, such as the Tattoo Permission Tickets and Gift Cards.
UK ORDERS LAST SHIPPING DATES
2nd Class, 2nd Class Signed For and Royal Mail 48 - Saturday 11th December
1st Class, 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail 24 - Saturday 11th December
All UK orders during November and December will have multiple postage options, rather than our regular Second Class postage only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS LAST SHIPPING DATES
International Tracked (Oceania, Asia, South America and Africa) - Friday 3rd December
International Tracked (Europe and North America) - Saturday 11th December
Any international orders from Oceania, Asia, South America and Africa that are placed after December 3rd will still be shipped on our last post run on December 11th, but there is the obvious risk that it may not reach you in time for Christmas. The closer you order to Christmas Day, the less likely you will receive your order in time for that day, especially as an international customer.
